Election day is soon approaching and one of the biggest and tightest races in the country is taking place in Virginia between Democratic challenger Jim Webb and Republican incumbent Sen. George Allen.
This race will have major implications for how the Senate shapes up in the coming years, so get out and vote. I won’t tell anyone who to vote for, though frequent readers of this blog (all none of you) will know where I stand. The most recent poll (LA Times) has Webb with a small lead in the state. Allen has had a small lead in all other polls, though this is way down from his double-digit leads only a month or so ago.
It is tight people, and turnout matters!
