All critters you can find in any natural water supply, and most of them would love to have a party in your gastrointestinal system or other vital parts.
One more thing… in doing the research for that last comment, I happened to learn what Bacteriophages (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bacteriophage) are… that’s some crazy stuff.
I’m gonna have to disagree on the microorganisms part… and here’s why (from a hiker’s point of view):
Giardia
Cryptosporidium
E. coli
Salmonella Typhimurium
Klebsiella terrigena
Streptococcus faecalis
Bacillus subtilis
