More typical blog post…

Oh no.  The blog is fast losing steam.  Perhaps it will pick up after the thesis is done.  Or it might not.

Speaking of the thesis, I am in limbo.  The readers have it right now, so I am waiting for their thumbs up or thumbs down, preferably the former.  There is a 3rd option – qualified thumbs up with comments.  That would mean more work for me – not what I want to hear.  Anyway, I hope it goes well.

My wife and I celebrated Noruz last night with a few friends.  Our buddy K. took us out for this Zoroastrian holiday – we had a lot of fun.

Anyway, that’s all world.  And by world I mean all who read this.  And by that, I mean about 3 people.  Sporadically.

  1. Freddy Mercury was a Zoroastrian, from a smallish sect in Northwest India that is now dying out because they insist on strict endogamy. Although I strongly doubt he was observant in life, Mr. Mercury was buried in the traditional manner of his ancestors.
